Nicoll Mayhua It's too complicated to explain here, there is a blogger who did a very good job summarizing the plot, but to not leave you hanging i will spoil a bit: Before he ends up with Kazusa, Haruki asks Setsuna for marriage, but later on he withdraws the proposal. He then proceeds to lose Io's and Takeya's friendship. And after the credits you can see a video Setsuna made, singing her own song, with the lyrics saying that she still loves him after all that. It's really heartbreaking. But nope, he doesn't regret anything.
