I agree with Charles that every team can't win a championship every season. Shaq is right about the Spurs' historical franchise and their history of winning. But they're not at the level of winning a championship right now, and I don't think if they were to improve their record or somehow sneak into the play-in, then it's not a disappointment. I can see if they were somehow a super team they have all the star players get bounced out of the first round, which is a huge disappointment. But if these spurs were to make the play-in and somehow sneak into the playoffs, I would call that a success. Because the past couple of Seasons have won only a little over 20 games. And so with these young players on the roster, they get to play games that actually matter because they'll be fighting for a play-slot. Not only that, but it will be a great experience it will help them grow and develop. I love what the Spurs are doing. Building around Victor bringing in Chris Paul and Harrison Barnes veterans who have playoff experience, who can show Victor a lot of things and help him with his development. They're doing the right things and are heading in the right direction they need to bring another star player to play alongside Victor, and that will definitely help them get into the playoffs. It's not a bust if they don't win a championship, so I completely disagree with Shaq and 100% agree with Charles. Spurs are still building right now, and it's starting to go in the right direction.
