You have to be careful about these oyster cake … I had that in Xiamen a few years back .. street food .. funny how the seller used the chopstick to clap the dirty wrinkle money to give you change .. subsequently I had diarrhea for couple of days … probably caused by sewage oil and oysters produced in Mainland .. Oyster produced in Lau Fou Shan are not that much better .. I would definitely go with American canned oyster and to have restaurant to fry it for you
