In this video, I am going to design a Price List / Rate List Card in Microsoft Word. This rate list is being designed for a photographer or Photographing agency services, but you can modify it (change the particular images used for photography to your own) to make it for any other business you want.
The best part of this flyer-style price list design is that you can advertise your business along with the rate list of your services or products. Use your own logo and images related to your business (better if you use the actual images of your services or products) to make it look more professional and attractive.
In this video, you can also learn that how to add an image to a shape. You can watch how to fill an image into a rotated shape and resize it inside the shape. You can also learn how to edit points of a shape.

Yes, all the work I do is my own imagination. The designs we do on OTO are 100% unique and our own creations :-).
Regarding your question, in order to duplicate any figure/shape in MS Word, You can do it in multiple ways. The way I do is ... Press and hold the Control (ctrl) button on the keyboard and then press and hold the mouse left button and drag. This way the selected shape will be duplicated. Or you can also select a shape and then press the Ctrl+D to duplicate.
Lastly, there is no way to change the whole page color with a single click. You will have to select a particular shape and change the color individually.
