Am I the only one who thinks that the whole universe is like a tornado and black holes are only the bottom of the tornado, like looking down inside a tornado? Would explain gravity?
Gravity is given off ny mass and/or energy. The mass distorts the spacetime around it.
As for how this works, we have many hypothesis. Maybe there is a messenger particle, maybe there isn't. But if there is, we'd need a particle accelerator at least as large as the solar system to detect it, but most likely a particle accelerator close to the diameter of the galaxy would be required.
So, all we know about gravity are it's effects on spacetime, we have nothing that tells us how it works, unlike with the 3 other forces (strong and weak nuclear forces and electromagnetism).

In a Space Time diagram, the universe looks like a big tornado with the singularity (i.e. black hole, big bang) at the bottom.

Spacetime is a mathematical concept only according to its inventor. Time is also a concept, it has no materiality. Get a grip!
