    Man I can't wait to buy to get a 6400. I love editing raws but sometimes some photos for events and sessions can be delivered as jpegs straight out of camera. Hopefully I can just wifi drop/transfer photos and send a clould link to have my workflow finished in 5 minutes.

    This is what most people should be buying instead of the X100 or Ricoh GR. This is easily the best value option for 90% of people who like this style and mood. Even the zoom version of this camera needs more love. It has everything they want.
    This is the real camera that tik tok needs. Instead of struggling to find the trendy X100 or struggling to use the pro featured Ricoh.

      I actually returned this camera after 1 week, as it's extremely cheaply made, the lens quality sucks and the is no option for RAW photos, only jpeg. So annoying. Even phones can save RAW files, why can't this camera at least give you the option in case you need to edit your shots? I bought the RX100 VI, such an amazing camera!

    I think it's not just the Color profile Alone you have to change but the White balance temp too and that's alot of changing everytime you want a different simulation/ profile

      that's true, but changing one color settings takes a couple minutes, while editing your raw images takes hours.

    I have the problem that on my Sony a7s which is normale relatively good in hig iso starts to get noisy way faster if I use custom pp. Do you have similar experiences?

    • @veresdenialex
      @veresdenialex  9 месяцев назад

      This can happen because of many reasons, but mainly 2 factors come to mind.
      One reason could be due to certain Gamma Modes being noisier than others (cine1 vs Cine4) which might give better or worse results.
      The second reason is because of a radical shift between 2 color channels in the Color Depth (for example B-7 C+7) which creates an extreme Luma curve between 2 neighbor colors, and that results in color falling appart and more noise perceived.
      This Chroma noise can also be accentuated or produced by your color modes of choice (Still, Movie, Cinema etc) and some color modes will give you better noise ration than others.
      What settings are you using?

    • @highlife4102
      @highlife4102 9 месяцев назад

      At first I have to say that I don’t really know what all these settings are meant for or what they are doing. I just want some “film look” straight out of cam without buying a Fuji xD cause im a student and can’t afford it. Maybe I should say that I do photography and no videography and have no experience with editing cause I want the look I want straight out of cam.
      So bc of your videos I looked for a cheap Sony with the pp menu and got a Sony a7s that had some scratches on the housing but is working verry well for a good deal. Now I am experimenting with the settings and in a few days I will get a blackmist filter for blooming effects.
      As I said , I noticed that even with iso 200 I see some noise in the pictures. But normally with 12mp on Fullframe this shouldn’t happen. And the raw files are totally fine so I quess it’s the pp. Normally I would like the noise but not if it’s colorful.
      Ur guesses with the color depth could be right. I need to test this in the next days.
      The profile looks good to me besides the noise but it’s still not what I wanted so I need to try a lot more.
      Black : +10
      Gamma: Movie
      Black gamma : wide +5
      Knie: Auto (supposed to be 95%/0) but forget to set it to manual)
      Color mode : pro
      Saturation: -3
      Colorphase: +7
      Colordepth: R 0. G/B/C -7. M 0. Y +7
      Details : +4
      V/H Balance: +1
      B/W Balance: type 3
      Limit: 7
      Crisping: 4
      Higligtdetails: 0
      I used an WB Balance with 8300K and two correction steps into Green. But I also had an Polarisation filter on it wich affected the colors a bit but not the noise.
      So I don’t know if my settings make any sense and I hope I wrote the settings right cause as you might notice I’m from Germany and my English isn’t the best 😅
      I will try ur guesses and if you have some more ideas I am happy to here them :)
      Sorry for this long answer but I think u are the right person in this topic to ask for help :) Great content Btw :)

    • @veresdenialex
      @veresdenialex  9 месяцев назад

      @@highlife4102 I've tested your recipe. On the a6700 there is barely any noise visible at lower ISO's. I had to push the iso to 32000 and close down the aperture to bring out the noise. So it might also be from the camera. Newer cameras usually have better noise performance.
      I shot daylight so it also depends on the kind of light you have, is it natural or artificial etc.
      The biggest issues seems to be with the Yellow +7 Green -7 channels. Because yellow and green are close to each other, the dramatic settings are pushing the image quality, creating a lot of color separation, aka. color noise.
      Try splitting the difference, Y+5 G-2 or something closer to eachother like Y+5 G+5 depending on the look you want out of camera.

    • @highlife4102
      @highlife4102 9 месяцев назад

      I does not appear in every image just in some light conditions. I followed u on instagram if it’s ok I will send you some example images later. Maybe I try som of your recipes. Then there shouldn’t be any noise i guess.
