Generally if you watched this channel long enought for those of you who don't know the measurements and are screaming for the recipe amounts. he usually uses a full pack of everything. So in this case I would assume it's a full pack of shell noodles, one box of cream cheese, one box of Velveeta. The cheese of course is up to you and he gave the measurements for the milk and condensed milk which was one can If my assumption is correct that is.......
The evaporated milk is what Mom's used in homemade mac and cheese. in the 60's. I'll have to look back in her recipes to see about that much milk, too. Now let me tell you... swiss cheese marries well with the cheddar. If you sub in some shredded swiss for just a bit of the cheddar, you will have even more goodness. This is also how I make grilled cheese. 1 slice cheddar and 1 slice swiss. Sooo good and a bit stringy. Mr. Hobbs says but, but PA... won't you share at least one or two cheesy shells? What's in it that is so bad for just a little bite? I can have dat....
I'd love to like and save this, but full measurements and details of the recipe are needed. Where the noodles precooked or straight from the box - and how much? How much cheese? You only mention the exact amounts for the Velveeta, the cream cheese, and the liquid ingredients. This looks good, but I feel like I just wasted time watching this.
The noodles were precooked....you can see the steam rise as he dumps them in the slow cooker. I would assume they were el dente so they don't get to mushy.
Gotta agree with others comments. This looks good, but you only give amounts used on some ingredients. Looking at the video, I honestly can't tell how much cream cheese you used, assume it might be a whole block, no idea as to how much cheddar cheese you added total.
Oh goodness... A box of macaroni shells, a block of cream cheese, an 8 Oz block of cheddar, bout a half stick of butter and then some extra shredded cheddar for topping at the end! It's not science it's an old fashioned rich and creamy Mac-n-cheese recipe! Yum, yum but super-duper rich!
Looks great! How much pasta and was the pasta pre-cooked?
Thank you!
Looks good. But if you don't include your written recipe in the description, please give the amounts you use instead of just "some". Thank you.
Mr. Hobbs is looking handsome tonight.

Come on Paul, please list the recipe for us. I’m desperate to make a good Mac & cheese for Christmas and this looks like it could be a winner.
Oh my goodness!! Love me some cheesy deliciousness ❤ So sorry Mr. Hobbs... Reminds me of my 2 Ptties when I'm cooking!

I hate it when people let animals in the kitchen! Then you touch the pet and don't WASH your hands
