      Your age is irrelevant. Every time you state your chronological age, you unknowingly tell your subconscious mind (and others) that you’re too old to do the thing. Try saying the same thing you just said but leave the “70” out. It’s a much more empowering statement. Inserting your age makes it sound like… “Look at this handicap I have, yet I’m doing it anyway.“ Your age is not a handicap.

    Good advice.What would be the bridge move from pull up to muscle up? I'm struggling to achieve a muscle up.
