Amazing project with beautiful colours.
We been in Japan couple of times and tried NAN , garlic or plain but so soft , texture and amazing delicious, could you explain any special rice flour recipe or how very soft and good? Please if you get time you can explain about it 👍 thanks from Uk 🇬🇧
