I have a feeling that there's more to what the head of Bathurst Village had to say that is veiled because of political indifference. There was a Government in power ever since the establishment, more than 2 hundred years. That was too much negligent by the powers that be and the residents themselves. Its time for the people to step up their game.
So what's the point of voting if the only time they seem to have interest in your wellbeing is when they need ur vote? Why bother? You might as well sit out the elections and let them figure out how they are going to be elected. It makes no sense wasting ur energy on ppl who just want to use you and abuse you....none. Have some dignity for crying out loud.
Very good programme and a very good reporting by the respective heads. It is obvious that there are lots they cannot talk about but the problems they are facing is huge. Well done guys.
