@@AchyGaming l reseted the game after l bookmarked any jobs but when l checked them the job wasn't even there l was searching in youtube about this and alot of people are talking about that rockstar games removed bookmarks for some reason and yeah it seems to be true so RIP Bookmarks it was a really nice way to play parkour races sadly we can't anymore play them due to rockstar's mistake.
