It certainly is the best, the only issue I'm having.. quite a big issue actually, is this mediation is so soothing that I fall to sleep within seconds of listening 😬
😂 no worries! As long as you have a set intention of your desired reality, you’ll fall asleep with that vibration/intention and your subconscious will pick up on the affirmations while you’re sleeping. You’re on auto pilot at that point, so it’s actually good to fall asleep to! Just as long as you know what you want ✨💕
