i´ve heard that moving the wind in the opposite direction can balance it, you could imagine/visualize black pearls, this also works to fall asleep, a karmapa tought that, i dont remember which one now. you could also while meditating, visualize a white dot in front of your forehead about 30 cms / 12 inches, also balance it with visualizing a red flame in the floor. There are videos on youtube about it, look for it as tsa lung (tibetan) or pranayama (hindu) hope you get better soon
