    Does anyone know how to heal excess wind in the head causing pressure?

      i´ve heard that moving the wind in the opposite direction can balance it, you could imagine/visualize black pearls, this also works to fall asleep, a karmapa tought that, i dont remember which one now.
      you could also while meditating, visualize a white dot in front of your forehead about 30 cms / 12 inches, also balance it with visualizing a red flame in the floor.
      There are videos on youtube about it, look for it as tsa lung (tibetan) or pranayama (hindu)

      Nah joking, ok I'll stop trolling it's just that sometimes it is hard for me to reconcile psychology and Buddha dharma
