Feral Trad Wife (I love your name by the way even though I’m not sure I understand it)- Just wanted to say you did a good job straightening the containers, organizing by category, turning the labels to the front of the shelf, cleaning off the dust underneath the products on the shelf, removing unnecessary plastic wrap packaging, refilling containers and keeping what you could (even though past “expiration”date you can still keep and use some things!!! Good job! And by the way, if you look closely sometimes it says “best by” a certain date and it is NOT an official expiration date and those products can be kept and used still I think. You got into a groove after a while and started cranking out the clean organized vibes. Woohoo!
Jump in and go for it! I love some of the aesthetic “restock” videos out there but then I just feel bad that I never would achieve that. I’m so happy with how it looks now without all that jazz. Just not expired and grouped like items and it’s amazing! You can do it!!
I love your videos!!! As my eldest daughter always says, “Life is messy” Pantries always get _________________. Hello!!! Your efforts are not lost. Keep doing you ✨🙏🏼✨
We have cornbread with our traditional New Year's meal of ham, turnip greens, and blackeyed peas. Cornbread is good with soup beans aka pintos poured over it. Some people eat cornbread with milk poured over it. My mom baked either homemade biscuits or cornbread with every meal. You can plant those potatoes if they aren't rotten or you can compost them for fertilizer for your garden :).
Sorry that out of all those containers of white powdery substances … none were cocaine! (Seriously just kidding). We think alike…I must be feral, too! 🥰
The FSA state you can store potatoes in the fridge no problem. I do and they last for ages. I also keep my onions in the fridge next to them and have no issues whatsoever.😊
You don't need to throw away cans that are past the expired date, because you can still eat it after twenty more years, as long as the can us still in order. Really they last for thirty years and probably even much much longer.
Sorry Feral. I got bored with watching you struggle where to begin. Honey can food goes bad. You need to check the date on everything that's in your pantry. A friend gave my husband and me some expired can goods they were 3 years past the best date and they tasted terrible. I have been watching your channel for about a month now and you are working against yourself. When you begin any task you should remove everything from the area you are working from. You have that huge island so no reason not to use it. I also want to know why your teenagers aren't given chires to do. They are certainly able to help you since all i see is them running around with their laptops. Yes i know they are home schooled but they need to be helping you. They need to learn important tasks for when they get out on their own. I can see how overwhelmed you are but honestly you are doing it to yourself. Everyone needs to chip in and help out.
Strange, I can't imagine why a friend would give you expired food. I agree Beth should film her children doing chores. There's hardly any assholes on the internet 🙄
You need a step stool😂 I have more than one because I’m only 5’2”
lol!! I really do need one!
Me, too! 1 for the car, one for the Garage and 2 for the house.
Fantastic cleaning and organizing. Blessings ❤ 🎉
What a lovely large pantry. I love buttered cornbread with anything! LOL

I love eating down the pantry! It's a good feeling when Pantry is neat and up to date.

I don’t have a pantry but one day I too hope to be cleaning dust bunnies and dog hair out from mine!! 😊
I hope that for you to Heather!
I did not know you could not store onions and potatoes together! It makes sense! My potaoes always went bad so fast!
Yup. They so aren't besties. Just like me and Nikki.

I think I will try the cornbread with the beans on top!! That sounds fantastic!!
Do you ever use the Juicer?
I haven’t lately but used to use it daily.
It will be nice if you map hose floor corners
Store you bread flour in the freezer. It'll keep for a year, nuts as well.
Great tip! ❤️

❤️✌🏻
Freeze your nuts as soon as you buy them. They are expensive and freeze beautifully!
That’s a wonderful tip! I will because we really didn’t go through the nuts as quickly as I thought we would. Thank you!

Good to know! Thank you!
You can use the whiskey vanilla for baking and you can throw a shot into coffee.
I’ll try it for baking! We aren’t much of drinkers though….:/ maybe for Christmas festivities
@@feraltradwife it will be delicious in pecan pie or even pumpkin pie even carrot cake.
😂lol @ please be cocaine😂
Still bitter that it wasn’t.
I had to pause to say - where did you get the holiday coffee on sale, and why didn't you tell me!? lol
Sams club!!!! It’s my favorite place!
you could
still use those potatoes
In the bottom of the onion and potato baskets put a plastic bag to cover bottom and sides
