  • In this video, we show how we assemble a constant pressure modulating valve.
A constant pressure modulating valve(CPM valve) is controlled by compressed air to ensure the stable pressure at inlet or outlet port in a pipeline system. It can also be used as a overflow valve to release part of pressure to protect the equipment when the pressure is exceed. There are two types of CPM valve: CPMI is inlet port constant pressure and CPMO is outlet port constant pressure. The type is to be determined according to actual application in food and diary process.
The constant pressure modulating valve is widely used for food, milk, beer, water , beverage applications .
Available in size: DN25/1” to DN65/2.5”
    Grade:SS316L/SS304
    Max Product Pressure:10bar
    Min Product Pressure: 0 bar
    Operating temperature:-10°C to +95°C
    Connection:weld, clamp, union
Features of our constant pressure modulating valve:
1.It is able to work in both up and down flow direction
    2.Quick response to pressure modulation
3.Precise cone control with double-layer diaphragm guarantee a long service life
4.With few internal parts, it achieves a minimal residue and in-place cleaning.
