Beautiful! I would love to see more tutorials from you. As a beginner I am always interested in learning more and I am curious about staining. Perhaps you will do a more in depth lesson on that subject. Thank you!

Hi, thank you, it definitely seems to be a bit of trial and error on which papers work with which markers but you're right, that could be a good topic to deal with! Thanks for watching and commenting 👍

Gorgeous! Do you think these markers are more difficult to work with than others you have used previously? The staining is worrisome but it isn't obvious on the completed flower. Thank you for your detalied description of the what snd why of your technique. I love your videos.

Hi, thanks for the feedback 🙂👍 I think they're my favourite watercolour markers - you put a brush tip on any art stuff and I'm interested 😄 they DEFINITELY stained the Bockingford from St Cuthbert's Mill which was weird because Aquamarkers work so well on that paper!?! I think partly they stained this paper because I didn't blend them enough as I was adding the water - user error! Interestingly, Faber Castell's website suggested Hahnemuele 'Britannia' paper for their markers and I colour tested that with the Winsor Newton WCM's and it looked promising 👍 Have a good weekend!
