@@1ron4mbition Beniel has top level grappling and unorthodox yet very effective striking. He's also shown he has the stamina and chin to go to war. Charles can definitely win but I think he's most likely goin down hill atm. He may have taken too much damage over the years cuz he has trouble taking shots. So I think it'll be Islam vs Beniel and I think Beniel has the grappling, striking, stamina and to me the X factor. Beniel is much stronger than the average 155er becuz he has worked so heavily on his grip strength. Hes very physically strong in the grappling. Seeing Islam struggle to hold down or finish a smaller guy that was unusually strong (Volk) makes me think he'll struggle to hold down or finish Beniel with his grappling. I think ultimately it will be Islams chin or his will that breaks. But I'll be here to eat my words if I end up being wrong.

For years Nate Diaz "didn't move the needle" he gets the Conor fight, gets camera time and what do you know, now he moves the needle. He's been a stud for so long, knocking on the door of a title shot, they can't promote him in the series they do before PPV? He's likeable, put his highlights in front of the casual crowd and he'll do just fine.
