Thank you for ranting on everyone's behalf 😂 I've got a spreadsheet where I was trying to categorise stuff and I've already decided I'll have to combine "Absolute/Library Edition" as they're about the same size (usually), and I was categorising DH library editions as "Deluxe" before, but they are way bigger. But now I think of it, they're not slipcased... so maybe I need several more categories... Aaargh! As you say, best to always check the dimensions :')
My pleasure! 😂 Careful with those library editions though as believe it or not the are not universal; the Hellboy ones are the standout as they are shorter and wider than all others and there’s one or two others that have sneaky changes. Good luck!
I have a couple of Hellboy's :') Trying to keep an eye out for the rest at a good price XD I was thinking of creating a "slipcased" category, but then that's inconsistent too, as not everything is Absolute sized and some are even bigger so don't fit in a kallax 🤦🏻♂️ I'm looking at you, Parker Martini and Walking Dead Omnibus 😒 At the same time, I still wouldn't call those monster-sized, which I'd reserve for my Marvel Platinum, X-Men Adamantium and Complete Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck Deluxe* edition. *Yes, I looked it up... they called it a "deluxe"... it's 36.58 x 6.6 x 45.97 cm... I give up 😂
I have always found it amusing in the community when people get a thin marvel omnibus and say “it’s not a omnibus” when technically it is 😅 But hey I say who cares as long as I can read the darn thing
I share your feeling, but on the opposite side since I purchased the Alex Raymond Flash Gordon collection and they are huge! They don't fit in any of my shelfs. 😢

my "normal" size Godzilla by Stokoe, is actually taller than Super Spy, so its bigger than the Deluxe version of Godzilla. thats insane...
