Today, I had a cooking competition with my girlfriend
using spinach and chives grown in Pohang!!
Using fresh spinach and chives,
each person presented two dishes
and even got evaluated by a special judge haha
I think the taste was okay even though
I didn't know the basics of cooking because the ingredients were so good

[Spinach Cream Pasta▼]
Ingredients
👉Whipped cream, butter, shiitake mushrooms, green chili peppers, garlic, spinach, red pepper powder, salt, pepper, tuna liquid
(Cook the noodles and add them, and if you only add the whipped cream, it will be greasy, so add milk or water..!)

👉Water, anchovies, dried kelp, radish, salt, mirin
Chives Salad
👉A handful of chives, red pepper powder, seasoned salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds
Seasoning sauce
👉Onion, green chili peppers, red pepper powder, minced garlic, soy sauce

들어간 재료
👉생크림,버터, 양송이, 청양고추, 마늘, 시금치, 고춧가루, 소금, 후추, 참치액
(면은 익혀서 넣으시고, 생크림만 넣으면 느끼하니 우유나 물도 넣어주세요..!)
[부추국수▼]
육수 재료
👉물,멸치,건다시마,무,소금, 미림
부추 무침
👉부추 한줌,고춧가루, 맛소금, 참기름, 통깨
양념장
👉양파, 청양고추, 고춧가루, 다진마늘, 간장
[부추삼겹살덮밥▼]
들어간 재료
👉삼겹살,부추,멸치액젓,굴소스,고춧가루,마늘
[시금칫국▼]

👉다시마육수,된장,시금치
예비 며느리 님이 어른들께 붙임성 이 참 좋으시네요 ㅎㅎ
물론 예비시어머님께서 딸 처럼 대해주시니 두분 서로가 사이가 좋은거겠죠

흥삼님이 성격이 무뚝뚝 하지 않아서 중간에서 잘 하시는것 같아요
