Sir I have a doubt.
In Goodwill second case you said that.
If both of the partners are losing their profits, then the new parter has to pay 'Premium for goodwill', but if only one loses profit then another he doesn't have to pay him 'Premium of goodwill' to the one not losing.
So my doubt is that does he have to pay premium to the one who is losing profit or not?
I think maybe it's stupid but please help me with this
He has to pay that one who is losing profit i.e. sacrificing partner only cause he sacrificed his share of profit ....hope it will help
bro jo paisa (premium for goodwill ka) dono old patners ko milta jis ratio mai unhone sacrifice kiya tha ( example - 1:1 sacrificing ratio h dono ka means dono premium account ko half-half distribute krte ) but if sirf ek patner sacrifice kiya to pura premium for goodwill ka amount usko milega.
ab tak to tera doubt solve ho gaya hoga but agar nhi to hope mera ye coment bro tumhe help krde
