It's a blower resistor and it has 4 wires to form 3 settings, low = highest resistance (both resistors), med = medium resistance (1 resistor) and high a total bypass of the resistors which is why only high works when the resistors burn out. On some older vehicles there is a small thermal fuse that blows but it can't be replaced. Part # is irrelevant because each car has a different part depending on year, make, model and sometimes simply the factory it was made in. The coils are the resistors the solid cylinder is the thermal fuse and yours looks like you have a 4 speed fan on that truck.
In ten years I hope your kids realize that Daddy sent them up for success with their very own RUclips channel.
