True, spatial dimensions do exist and can be readily proven. Higher theoretical dimensionality is just that, theoretical, and only exists currently as a framework for math. That leads me to believe in their existence, but until proven unequivocally we cannot say for sure.

With respect, I think this is a very physical phenomena, over my life i had been witness on several opportunities of this crafts or devices, some of them small such as drones and some of them large vehicles. It is a common seen in the Atacama Desert in the north of Chile, with many documented events, some of them on video and photos. I think this have nothing to do with religion or faith, i just see all this because my work put me on the field in very remote locations and i use to stay awake and work at night time.
For me it is just the manifestation of another intelligent species co-existing in this planet, they are present along the history and depicted as demons, angels and other stuff, may be they come from other planets or they are part of this one like us. As some one who work in the tech field all my live, working with cutting edge tech, this is just the manifestation of advanced tech with a different development path exploding some discrete part of physics for energy and propulsion we still don't understand well.
As a matter of example, our internet is a whole universe of data and symbolic concepts with physical existence which is very discrete and invisible for the naked eye, but is still there and is covering all the surface and orbit of the planet. It's like magic or even "another dimension" you can't access unless you have the proper device. There's nothing mystical about the internet, neither is magic, it's just tech, but for some one a century ago is just an impossible concept.
Now here we are, communicating over long distances at the speed of light, doing remote viewing and listening, even in virtual reality, instant access to all the knowledge of the world and we still can't believe there can't be another realm of tech we can't notice and is all over the place, like our internet?
Projecting our own tech a 1000 years in the future, i can imagine we will be capable of be in different places at the same time and experience the physical world from distance, as we connect our brain to a high bandwidth data network, omnipresence will be a reality and unlimited memory, speed and the possibility to engage with more senses part of our normal day. There's nothing extraordinary in it, as theres nothing extraordinary in the possibility of another species co existing with us right now.
In the God's creation there's room to many things we yet don't discover and i have no doubt we will learn much more about in the next centuries.
