THX Spatial Creator uses audio processing techniques to trick your ears into hearing sound all around you (in front, beside, behind, above, below), so you don't need a surround sound system. All you need to hear the immersive audio effects is a pair of headphones; these can be ANY headphones. Through a stereo system (like your left and right speaker), you'll still hear the lush reverb applied by the plugin, whereas the localization of immersive elements will be less defined compared to listening with headphones. A sound that appears to pan left-right behind you will likely sound like it's panning left-right in front of you via a stereo system. Each spatial element will play back through a stereo system without any objective technical issues. However, it's still a good idea to check your mix without headphones to hear how it sounds subjectively; this is comparable to how you might check your song in mono when creating a stereo mix. The single sound source demo sounds amazing and realistic. But the stereo vs Spatial delo is awfull! The track loses all its energy and stuff just starts flying around, bad example of spatial music mixing...

Logic has had Binaural audio, built in, for years now.
How does it sound in your mixes? Do you actually use it in the real world on your tracks?
