ML should be used in UiPath Document Understanding when there is a need for automating the extraction, classification, and analysis of information from documents, especially in scenarios involving semi-structured or unstructured data where traditional rule-based approaches may not be sufficient.

A question about validating and training: say there are different forms of receipts, some of them having "total" on it and some don't. If I add "total" as part of the keyword combinations, will the bot give a very low confidence for the ones without "total" on it? another question: based on your experience, how accurate the ML invoices and receipts out-of-box packages?

Try deleting the training file and recreating it.
