I was once so full of shame and guilt that I couldnt believe in God's grace for myself. I believed it for everyone else, but because I believed I was just too far gone, I was spiraling down to hell with my lifestyle. Praise God that today, I believe I too am saved, and it's transforming my life completely. Thank You Yeshua for loving a wretch like me. 💜 🕊️
@karinread5490 The secret is absolute surrender. You have to want Jesus so much that you become willing to give him everything- your past, your present, your future. You have to surrender not only your past sins, but your present situation including even your opinions, preferences, prejudices - all of what you think makes you “you.” That part of you that has made you your own god. When you want a relationship with Jesus more than you want anything else in the world, you will find Him. He has not closed himself off from you- you have erected walls between yourself and Him. All you have to do it to stop supporting those walls- let them fall. Let Him become Lord of your life rather than trying to run your own life. Surrender.
