Component 3: Instruction Through Another Lens

Component 3 of the National Board Certification process encourages teachers to take a closer look at their instruction as they analyze student engagement. Board-certified teachers give advice and quick tips to candidates on how to better their craft through the use of videotaped lessons, written analysis, and collaborative dialogue as they view their instruction through a different lens.

Hi there! I was wondering if you could tell me if a microphone is absolutely necessary. I have basic camcorder with no microphone jack, and I'm hoping it's enough!
