Financial Function-Depreciation Calculation in Excel for Beginners(SLN, DB) in Hindi

Excel offers five functions to calculate depreciation of an asset over time. Depreciating an asset places a value on the asset at a point in time, based on the original value and its useful life. The function that you choose depends on the type of depreciation method that you use.
In this video we have discussed SLN (Straight Line) and DB (Declining Balance) depreciation method.
SLN =Straight-line. The asset depreciates by the same amount each year of its life.
DB = Declining balance. Computes depreciation at a fixed rate.
