Love watching your videos on this game WillyB. I get your frustration which is why I have refused to take anything out of my storage lol. I scavenge a loadout and try to build up from nothing. It is going well so far. Maybe you could do something like that until the game is a bit more optimized. At least you will get to enjoy the game while not caring if you lose your gear. Either way I'll be back to watch once you decide to pick it back up.
The stutter thing is something to do with mouse polling rate. Others I watched, reported turning the polling rate down resolved the issue for them. Restarting the game seems to also resolve but can happen again.
Ive read the crashes and rubberbanding are server bound. Try USA East. Other than that, its early access - document your frustrations and the various bugs/issues in a Steam review and help the devs help you
I'm no expert, but when you restarted and it was suddenly rubberbanding, could that mean that you changed servers and therefore that's why your stuff (and dead body) wasn't there anymore?
Hop the server (disconnect and connect again ) Try different server in different countries. You r playin Joint operation - PVE ( means - no1 can take your stuff, but You )
"Not ready" is not the same as "crashing every few minutes and stuttering almost all the time" They put this game out in early access for people to "play" it shouldn't be too much for people to ask for it to be "playable" that should be the bare minimum tbh.
@seanneill187 Honestly I hate it when a game gets released in a basically unplayable state and there are people defending it because it's in "early access", it's rediculous. Early access is supposed to be for games that are unfinished but playable so the devs can get more funding, not for downright unplayable games to be shipped early and have people waste their money on something they can't even play yet

Also: To prevent excessive crashes, turn down the FOV to something like 62, it reduces the amount of VRAM used. This game is thirsty for VRAM
TAB to get out of menu and right mouse click to cancel action

@@Underdrawnsagecouldn’t have put it better myself….the guy above is missing the point and a little overly critical.
