- Hi friends today I am going to show how to make electric bike with pvc pipe and Magnesium Alloy Wheel 36v ,250w hub motor. Here I have used 36v ,12A li-ion battery. The range of the bike per single charge is 35 km.

I have to say. Making any bicycle out of PVC pipe is a challenge on its own. Nevertheless an electric bicycle. You amaze me. I am a maker.

Fill the steering tubes (forks) and other components with sand and then seal them off. They will be as rigid as any metal. It's heavy, but it will make the key parts very strong indeed.
This has nothing on my all glass bicycle, it's going to shatter the market. A real breakthrough design

That's amazing job and creativity... Just front wheel might be a problem for Indian roads. Need to put shockers... You should start selling them though

I really like this design and how it all came together. The forming of the flats in the vice is really creative.
I hate to point out that this is not a bicycle but rather a scooter due to its lack of bottom bracket, crankset and pedals.
But it is still brilliant. Show us how you add the pedals! You can do this oh PVC master.

As an advice, I would recommend to also put some screws in the joints for a more durable connection due to the terrain shocks.
I think the glue would never detach unless the joint cracks. And a screw would be what cause the crack

Add some shock absorbers to prevent from breaking the bikes body. Remember its made from pvc plastic it wont last long enough even on rough roads or everyday activities.

Great workmanship, admirable. I would still be afraid of hitting bumps in the road especially with higher speeds. The pipes don't have to snap to have an accident. It's enough if they deform. Carbon fiber is much more resilient and despite that from time to time carbon parts snap causing injuries.
He could just about put a composite surface wrap over it. Excellent work! Yes, it’s indeed admirable.

Very creative, who needs a suspension system? It'll be a flexible bike, with the whole frame absorbing all the bumps.
Hey, the idea is show an electric bike could be built within a few hours if all parts, tools, materials and guts are on hand. Nothing is mentioned about frame rigidity, range, max speed, durability and other things you want in a normal bike.
It did run, so it's a success!
Just make sure you are properly insured and a support vehicle right behind you. You should also be a believer in the power of prayers.
It looks like an Indian village, nothing very dangerous can be expected.

There is an easy and simple way to make PVC as strong as steel once it is constructed. I'm not going to tell you how. lol
