it is mandatory for banks to keep CRR with RBI
acc to 2nd schedule of RBI act 1934 for(schedule banks)
non schedule banks dont have to maintain CRR

FD or you can say TD is included in M3 and M4 measure of money supply.
sir SLR is not calculated on NDTL. It is calculated on total of demand and time liabilities. NDTL= DEPOSITS- WITHDRAWL

CRR is required to maintain with RBI as a percent of Net demand and time liabilities.
SLR maintain on DTL
