Penn State is so dominant you could probably make an entire lineup of champs/finalists based solely on names you didn't include. Retherford, Vincenzo Joseph, Quentin Wright, etc.
Illinois is a pretty tough team this year. They’re 5-0 in duels this year with their closest margin of victory being a 9 point win against #6 mizzou, don’t underestimate them. They would certainly be at the head of B tier and maybe even in A tier this year. Their first big test will be against OhSt. If they win that then they very well could only lose to Iowa and PSU.
Northwestern is at end of the of the C tier. Minnesota has a national championship they should be at top of B or bottom of A. Otherwise solid. “We Are” rules!!!!

Such a homer take for UM being in the A tier. Why don’t you put some context in that ‘22 B10 champ run. UM only won by 4.5 points over PSU. Had less guys in the finals and PSU had so many first round byes that they didn’t get points for.
The legacy and fanbase at Iowa is top notch there and they’ve won like 4(would’ve been 5 in 2020) national titles in the last 10-20 years which is the decade the video is focused on- so definitely S tier

If you go further back, Minny has an argument to be A tier. They have a really tough team this year too. Could surprise for a top 5 finish
