Mere charger me out 19.5 volt se jyada 20.2 volts de rha hai, laptop bhi charge nahi ho rha hai. Kya karoon Bhaiya

Mere me voltage barabar 19.5 V multimeter me aa raha lekin tab bhi laptop charge nahi ho raha. Lekin wahi laptop friend ke 19.5V charger se charge ho raha hai. Ab kaha problem hai??
