Fc 26 is probably the worst of all time tbh. Everything about this game is completely broken in a bad way, and worst of all, there is no fun playing these robots game after game. I’m an Unc and this game is making me lose my love for the franchise never had that happen before

I just played like 5 matches, did not know there was an update and the message didnt pop up at start (it did after i finished and closed the game tru the main menu) it felt like a different game, the scripting is way worse, and it feels so slow, not like input lag just slow paced.

Honestly, I don’t even think the biggest problem is the bugs. It’s the hidden algorithm (scripting). It really feels like there’s scripting that balances matches artificially. We’ve all had games where a clearly worse player suddenly gets insane rebounds, crazy keeper saves, perfect bounces and nonstop momentum. Meanwhile your own players feel slow or delayed for no clear reason.
And the way matches flip makes it even more suspicious. You can completely dominate someone in the first half, everything feels smooth, you’re creating chances easily. Then second half starts and suddenly your team feels heavy, passes don’t connect, attackers can’t outrun anyone and their keeper turns into prime Buffon. It just doesn’t feel organic.
I also can’t help but notice how the game often feels great at launch, then after a few patches something changes. The gameplay feels different, like the balancing gets stronger. Maybe it’s not intentional, but it definitely feels like the algorithm gets tuned over time.
If this game was purely skill-based, results would feel consistent. Right now it honestly feels like the system has more control over matches than the players do.

I don’t know why no one ever mentions this, it’s like there’s a gag order on this. Tell me how it makes sense that for the last 2 games I always get 8 wins on champs. Good team bad team mid team regardless 8 wins every time. What I see the script do to fix my games has just made it pointless to play. Literally playing the script rather than going against opponents.
@Videos-cm4bh it’s so true man, last weekend league I went 6-0 first games. I took a break and continued tomorrow. Lost 5 in a row 😂 and then won the next 4. I guess it happens right? But every week same thing, I only get 9-10 wins and I’m not losing to better players or anything like that. It feels like the game decides who I lose to and who I win against. Players are inconsistent in the way they feel on the ball, off the ball position, the runs they make. The inputs are inconsistent. It’s crazy
Couldn’t have said it any better. I only play clubs with the boys and literally that’s how it is. You can feel the game trying its hardest to tie up the match. Or have the other team win. We score 4 goals in 60 mins and they get 3 back in 15? Give me a break smh

Coming up against a gold team that keeps up or even over powers my team makes me wanna put my foot through my screen, I’m guessing that’s a play style thing then. Division 5 literally feels like elite 1 sometimes I don’t even think the leagues are true, I just think they mix everyone up in them.

Agree with your statement here. This will be my final FIFA. They said that they would listen to the community, but they just don’t care. Unless you dump a fortune into the game. I work 40+ hours a week and I’m gonna get my Bachelor starting in September. So the little spare time I have left to play games it’ll be GTA 6.
Hopefully you actually do it this time and not fall for their 'promises' again. More people should quit this franchise. Not buying FC Points is not enough, you still give them money for the game itself...

I dont even understand this game anymore. Theres 5,2 female cbs who are bodying my toty Haaland and smashing hin in the ground like he is made of leaf. I cant even make 1 yard passess anymore. Also my oponents only use their cdm and somehow theres 6 players that crowd you and win the ball at the same time while if i manual defend my players just stare at the ball and loose balance

For me, it's the opposite. Fifa 23, 24, and 25 didn't feel like fifa AT ALL. So far FC 26 hasn't frustrated me yet, which is concerning...

nah fc26 is the only fifa ive ever had that I hated months into the game. usually i hate it at first cus its new but then after a month or two I get used to it and start loving it again, this year after a good 4/5 months of playing I feel like every time I log in I realized they’ve removed another great feature and that the gameplay couldn’t be worse. i’ve always enjoyed fifa except for this year, this is by far the worst fifa they’ve ever dropped. idek how to describe it but everything is bad, no more 1v1 ur friends in UT in mystery ball or survival. getting clubs points and leveling up is so much worse and harder than ever before, they made clubs pay to win like bruh😭🤦♂️ no gas rewards from daily objectives, sbcs are 10x harder, they just love to make shit worse idk why

Yeah glad I stopped after FC25. The whole FC era has made me burned out that I just had no choice to quit after last year. Glad I did because I still hear that this franchise is in shambles. People should indeed stop buying their game. Not buying FC points isn't enough, you still give them your time, effort and money for the game itself. My players are running in mud and shots are missing the net for seemingly no reason. And yes, we were promised it will be better. Don't forget to mention the shielding, my 188cm/89kg Dante was unable to do anything against Sophia Wilson (164cm/58kg).

it’s actually a really awful experience playing from fifa 19 to fc 26, it’s really hard for me to play with all the new mechanics. Can’t compete in any of the tournaments, champs is awful for me going 5-10, also there are still hackers going around till now lost 4 games, am mostly playing this game casually and I genuinely can’t sweat so hard to win

i stopped playing after toty, it’s the earliest i’ve stopped in years. i had 750 packs or so saved and ended up opening over 2000 and was lucky to even get a TOTY donnaruma. my friend spent money on store packs and got 4 or 5. it’s not even that i didn’t pack anyone, i gave up on the game because the content for TOTY was so horrible. 2k GOOD packs opened and i wasn’t anywhere near being able to complete the messi sbc and no other good sbcs, evos, or menu grind at all completely killed it for me. the gameplay is horrendous on top of it all so what is there to grind for? good luck to anyone still playing, i’m too old for the bruiser and through ball spamming.
Toty cards are hard to pack anyway but not even being able to do an sbc is insanity. I couldn’t even do the Marcelo SBC which was cheaper than Messi and Ronaldo. Not everyone wants to run to the store to buy packs

FC 24 was straight unplayable but 26 comes close imo
Imagine driving a car on a straight road with the wheel perfectly straight - but the car drifts to one side because the alignment is off. That’s what playing your game feels like. You give clear commands, but players drift, stop, or react too slowly.
Some days the game is amazing: no latency, players move exactly as you tell them. Other days, nothing works. Within 10 seconds, you already know the match is broken.
It’s frustrating. Even packing top players like R9 or Mbappé doesn’t feel rewarding because match enjoyment depends entirely on player responsiveness - and that’s in EA’s hands.
I’m a loyal player: I play every day, do SBCs regularly, and invest time because I love football and this game. Yet I’ve stopped playing FUT Champions every weekend since October due to latency. If someone like me is discouraged, I know many others are too.
So keep it up. I’ve moved on to Microsoft Flight Simulator on PS5, flying London to Toronto is more fun.
At least its controls work - otherwise the plane would crash immediately, unlike your game.
