Nfs hp 2010 is sorta like a remake of nfs hp 2 ,but hot pursuit 2 does have a waaay better soundtrack and also has ferraris .

@@user-pd8fj6np1k I love Forza Horizon but it will never compare to this game. This game had everything. For arcade, nothing would give you more entertainment. This is still to this day the best racing game I have ever played. And I doubt any game will ever touch it 💯

I thought I was the only one who never really had nearly as much appeal to the newer cars over the retro ones. I like every car in this roster for example but in NFS Hot Pursuit 2010 (I like to imagine that's basically a modernized rework of this game, modernized for 2010 that is) there were a few cars I just didn't like all that much, any racing game really, I just miss the retro car rosters man.

nfs continued to be supercar-focused from hp3 until rivals
Well... Hot pursuit 2 is a narrative style education, while Underground and The Other Series that Modified cars, is basically bringing your sense of creativity.

@Shadow Knight I agree. Or even better, if both got a remaster for the next gen consoles, came in a bundle, and both had noticeable graphical improvements to make both games look brand new and do nothing else except maybe add some new cars and what not. That'd be a dream come true

My uncle was a drummer in a little local rock band. We visited once and I played One Little Victory him and asked if he could play the intro... at the time I knew nothing about Rush and had no idea I was asking him to replicate the work of one of the greatest drummers ever to play lmao

I went here because I miss the old days, I was a child, playing in the morning of a Saturday, and watching the NFS cars I got with the points, I enjoyed the entire game and I couldn't get all the cars because I hadn't good hability, but I really convinced that there were good times. Stay safe.

As a kid, I never unlocked the modena challenge and some other cars, and because I didn't understand english I just didn't know what to do to unlock them. I spent hours and hours playing this game, basically until my PS2 couldn't read it anymore.
One year ago and after 12 years from my last playing session on this game, I bought a new one and continue it where I left it back then. I discovered that I was at like 90% completion and I just won the final races on each tree event to get all cars. I was and I will always be happy because this game happened.

COSMIC SOUL they have different pearlescent styles but you can’t change the pearlescent color manually. You have to tweak it with decals

Quick question: do you remember the music from NFS Carbon? You know how the music changes when you're customizing a car depending on what class you choose, for example.. muscle has rock music, tuner has hip-hop, and exotic has electronic music, not sure if you remember what the exotic electronic music sounds like, but is that music in NFS Heat? I've seen a few videos of people playing NFS Heat and I heard the music from NFS Carbon that plays if you customize and exotic car.
COSMIC SOUL i haven’t noticed but I will test that out later on. Tbh i haven’t fully enjoyed a nfs game since most wanted 2012. NFS Heat is decent and has a lot of potential.

Am I the only one who really misses the car rosters of these older racing games? For whatever reason, I find the newer cars in newer racing games not even close to as appealing as the retro cars that are in these older ones. I feel like that's part of what keeps me from liking any other racing games as much as this one and ones like it.

Me to , when I was 7 I played nfs hp2 pc version , but now , after 9 years , I see that the ps 2 version was way better( better atmosphere , better effects , way better ai , the races are actually hard , unlike the pc version when I was always in front of everyone with like 500 meters and way better progression).

When I used to play this game with my cousin I used to say "choose everything except McLaren f1 or the LM"
In the Hot Pursuit mode Crown Vic' can still absolutely demolish F1 or F1LM (the NFS editions that is).

Not that hard if you racing on coastal parklands or national forest. I remember getting most of the task rewards with the clean races using the Opel Speedster on one of the tracks.
Modena and carrera gt are my favourites but i didnt play with them much just in the career mode bcs i didnt know that i could save the game even tho i have memory card the game was in another language as i remember and everyday playing from 6 am to the night after 2 weeks i knew that i could save

The Pursuit Diablo 6.0 are avaliable on the EA Seattle versions (PC, Gamecube and Xbox).
I never played a ps2 version but got a lot of time played on PC, though the game is still gold
this feature once again returns in 2010 hot pursuit.

This have good cars, better gameplay, great music etc., and the intro was so good I always watch it before playing. I always use the Lamborghini Murcielago NFS edition because is my favorite.
