So I know you said in another episode that you grew up in LA, and Idk if you're still there, but if you are, I also grew up in LA and I can tell you what the bird thing is. About a decade ago, in certain parts of LA the city started changing street lamps to blue LED lights to be more environment friendly, the problem is it confuses the wild life. We had this problem after the change by my parents house when I was a kid. My room was right by the street and it had no insulation. I could hear everything. Right after they put in the new street lamps it confused the birds and they keep tweeting like it was morning literally all night. But yeah, if you're still in LA that may be what's happening because its a pretty common problem. If thats what is happening to you I don't really know that there is anything you can do but learn to tune it out.
