- Let's be honest, the RED Engineer had waaay too much plot armor in the original animation and I refuse to believe that the BLU Team is THAT incompetent... but now he is in my channel and I like both Teams equally. e.e

Meet the engineer, but now each member of BLU gets there own individual braincell and not a shared one between all 9 of them.

Yeah, since they were employed I would also assume that they might be good at what they do, I only find funny that they don't win once in the official trailers (only in the Mannrobics video, I guess?). e.e
I think it’s all just because the meet the team videos are interviews carried out with the RED team. In-universe, if the director had ever talked to BLU, those would have also showed the BLU team in their best moments, even though in real life obviously Valve had no reason to make two of each Meet the Team video

Can't get over how everyone in unison blames Engineer for having 4 sentries at different levels and no dispencers or teleporters
While the amount of people caring about the Medic in meet the medic short having stock uber on the quick fix is a rare treat
well its the lore accurate quickfix, it was a prototype but after the first uber it had it broke and its uber now acts like in game

Wouldn't the more logical conclusion be that he was just the only Engineer guarding multiple nests at the time? Plenty of places for other engies to hide and/or step out to grab some metal.

Honestly, props to you on making it look nearly identical at the beginning with the lighting and expression, not to mention the very impressive blood splatters. This is incredible!
Thank you! But I'll admit that this first part with Engie playing his guitar is the Official version made by Valve, you have access to some of the original trailers and can alter the files as much as you like.
I started animating everything else after Sniper's shot, so I'm happy you like the blood effects. ^^
I am eating up the material in the end card. Obviously, Soldier's indifference in the face of everyone's else panic is funny, but. Look at Medic rushing in to try and heal Engineer. Look at Demo gesturing to the body, like he's trying to tell Soldier that their teammate is dead. Look at Spy moving away, as if he wants to make sure he doesn't get any of the blood on his suit. Look at Pyro grieving, come on, that is comedic gold.
Soldier is not paid to show emotions; Medic knows bringing someone back to life will put his skills to check; even in his drunk state, Demo knows there's something wrong; Spy doesn't want blood on his "$10,000 Custom Tailored-Louis Crabbemarché Jacket" and Pyro lost the only person who does not fear them. e.e

The only problem that I see is that, red isn’t incompetent either, if anything they just had more luck than the blue team. Meet the Medic is a huge piece of evidence.

I was kind of expecting for three out of four sentry’s would decloak and say something like “I am the spy” then stab engi in the back together.

Engie's sentries havr more range and better ai in meet the engineer, also it implies he's a better spy than spy since he stole a blu truck full of intelligence
