I’m sure they actually explained it and it got cut out. I think she was making fun of people on twitter who like refuse to be helpful (like which to be fair they don’t have to be)
Just for the record, they’re talking about words that have an origin/usage in queer communities. NOT “words every queer knows by heart.” There is a difference. So just because you’re gay and you didn’t know some of them doesn’t mean they picked bad words, it just means there are queer-origined words you don’t know.
Never in my life have I seen such a rapid succession of overwhelming indications that someone is the token straight man in a group of theatre people. xD Love you Joey!!
So I don’t know these guys but I thought this was a game grumps video before opening it. The guy in the thumbnail looks so much like Arin Hanson and the woman with the curly hair made me think she was Dan for half a second
As a 40 year old monogamous (not on principal, it's just rare my wife and I can stand anyone else) lesbian who doesn't watch Drag Race... I only learned kiki and tea about two years ago, probably less. U-hauling, kaikai, and circuit party are new to me. I had no clue we had names for those things.
I am a very straight edge, no drugs, no alcohol kind of girl. So i always assumed the song "Rush" was about energy drinks and drinking them to keep going at clubs. So finding out that it's about drugs, VCR cleaners at that, was baffling. I love the queer community so much because who tf even realised you could inhale VCR cleaner and not fucking die, let alone use it for sex.
No worries, these are just terms that are popular among the LGBT+ community. You don’t have to be queer to get these words, but you would need to be up-to-date on a lot of queer culture, which many queer people aren’t.
Alternate title: three queer people quiz a terrified straight man
Relentlessly
This is why I watched it in the first place!! xD
joey's guess for what u-hauling meant is the most out of pocket thing he could have said, and I have to respect him for it.
honestly had me SHOCKED lmaoo
what makes it better is just how close he was before that
jiavani exercising her right to NOT educate the straight guy was really funny 😂
Yeah but I don't get it. He seemed interested, he seemed respectful, he asked nicely. And she decided to be like... that..
I’m sure they actually explained it and it got cut out. I think she was making fun of people on twitter who like refuse to be helpful (like which to be fair they don’t have to be)
@@solidagold115 You're taking it way too seriously lmao shes joking, and she literally explains some stuff later as well like wym 'be like that'??
@@solidagold115 Be like what??
@@solidagold115 I can tell you don't have friends IRL
jiavani's energy towards joey KILLED me
i never realized how straight joey really is
I know right! Cause he's so good at playing gay and does it all the time!

No one:
Joey: 🖐️👀🤚
5:09 He was on the right track and then he took a hard left turn 😂😂 Buck fuckin' wild
one might say he took a U-turn
Joey won the contest for most sad about his sexuality
I love that he's essentially embarrassed that he's a heterosexual. Talk about coming correct!!
my reaction IN PUBLIC to uhauling…
i am embarrassed
i would lay down my life for joey richter oh my god. this whole dynamic is just hysterical
I'm a died in the wool lesbian for life, but Jesus H Christ, Joey is such an attractive man!!!
Honestly he did better than I thought he would
As a gay trans man, I know as much of this as Joey did :)
Same
same 😭
Same xD
Never in my life have I seen such a rapid succession of overwhelming indications that someone is the token straight man in a group of theatre people. xD Love you Joey!!
Let’s be honest, a “circuit party” should be slang for gays in STEM
My university had a org specifically for queer students in stem (mostly engineers were in it) and I think they would love this
The editing has made my year
THANK YOU SO MUCH! :)
not the clip at the end 💀
So I don’t know these guys but I thought this was a game grumps video before opening it. The guy in the thumbnail looks so much like Arin Hanson and the woman with the curly hair made me think she was Dan for half a second
OMG UR RIGHT
"Youre not my responsibility" 😂
"Jiavani!"
I loved this stream so much and your editing made it even better
THANK YOU!! This one was really fun to edit
no fucking way the one who knew already pronounced it as bus-E
I watched this in calculus and quietly laughed myself sick

to be fair i'm gay and i didn't know a few of these lol
im the gayest guy in town, however, slavic, ergo, no idea what any of these mean.
10:32 dam, really thinking about Fleetwood Mac right now...
joey looks like jim carrey and riley from the hivemind podcast had a kid and i love his little straight self for it
i’ve been saying that riley looks like joey richter and kurtis conner had a kid for the longest i’m glad someone else knows hivemind 🙂↕️
jiavani ❤
Im a little disappointed now that i know Joey isn't even a tiny bit gay.😉

the last clip?? LOOL
Is it bad I'm gay and didn't even know like half of these 💀
Tema do globo repórter?
Only stumbled upon this now and while I figured, it is a bit of a sad moment for me to learn that Joey is straight :(
As a very queer person, I only new the first 2, so I think this was a rigged competition to shame Joey lol
i thought most of these are AAVE ? /genq
Most of them are originally from the intersection of black and queer
@@butterflyclip yeah thats why i was confused cause it says just queer when most came from black women and black queer ppl 😭
"catty" he says
Im gay and i dont know half these terms. Wtf.
