What is the solution. It is easy to say but difficult to practice. Education should be knowledge based ,not on communal based ,which at present is in practice. Education should be fundamental right ,and should be free of cost.No discrimination, no private schools ,no reservations, pure education. Well qualified teachers be enrolled ,purely on the bases of knowledge ,not on recommendations by some influenced person etc. Do you know what percentage of GDP is allocated for education, and health sector. In many states salery is paid to teachers and Doctors for several months.Jow can anyone hope better results in such scenerio. Please ponder ?
