Good Morning ☀️ Gena ! We were in a Hampton Inn over the summer because of a bathroom leak. The water is very hard so this is a good suggestion for the Quidad. @gena marie I’m so surprised, since you love polyquats, you’ve never tried Infusium 23! This stuff is polyquat heaven! It’s the second listed ingredient! This has saved my hair along with the Living Proof Bonding Cream you showed in this video. You have to start with Infusium, either use the nozzle they provide or put it in a spray bottle. You get stronger results with the nozzle and softer results with a sprayer. Then add the bonder. And it’s not expensive, I think I paid $16 for 32 ounces. It’s also good for wetting your hair down as it’s very watery. I think you will love this stuff!

I am allergic to cocamidopropyl betaine and there is only one shampoo on the market (that I know of) without it--Free and Clear. So I can’t use a clarifying shampoo. Any suggestions as to how else I can clarify?
Great list of products! Do you know how hot the Conair dryer gets on its high heat setting? I would love a video about how long products are good for and how to tell if they aren't good anymore. Happy New Year!!!
Hii!!! I just watched this video and subscribed right away!! Very clear & easy to follow! 1 question, I used to use JOICO JOILOTION, (discontinued now) and have tried so many products with medium lotion like hold, and nothing compares. Any suggestions??? THANKS!!!!😊
Hi Gina, Just a question about the Design Me Curl balm. Seeing as the glycerin is so high in this product wouldn't it cause frizz in humid conditions. Just curious and wondering your thoughts on this. Thanks
Im ordering the Jessicurl 32oz. Is there a reason that you didn't order from their website? They have free shipping over $50. So I'm going to get the large one. Considering me my daughter and both of my sons. All have curly hair and i've been trying so hard to find a stronghold gel to replace my biolage gelee styler. Which was amazing when it was in the blue bottle. But I think they did away with it, now it's in a pink bottle, the hold level went down. It was the only gel that would work for me. It's completely crazy because I swear. I invented the curly girl routine years ago without even knowing it. I can tell you. It was not a thing that I know of back in 1996 when I started it. People would pick on me and say that I had helmet head. Because I would put so much gel and hairspray in my hair.. then I would scrunch it out. But it was the only thing that made it so that my curls were perfect and no frizz. I have A crazy routine long before I've ever seen any of these. But I will always take advice on products because nothing works besides the couple products ive found. Now I just need a replacement for my loreal lock it humidity control hairspray. I mean I can still get it but it went from 3.96 to $8 at Walmart. I'm just annoyed by it. Also Jessicurl has Rakuten 5% cashback and a 15% off coupon code... You can also get a free sample of a bunch of different items.
Is the triple repair bond from loving proof good for salt and pepper hair? Bc the grey hair is a lot more coarse so would it help. Also how or when to use it? After shampoo and conditioner? I would imagine the conditioner would coat the hair making this hard to penetrate. So confused on whats good for fine 2b/2c curls salt and pepper bc my gair is coarse but doesnt like havey products and tends to break at the ends
I'm so confused about using oils pre shampoo. Some professionals say that it prevents the conditioner from during its job. And if you use it before clarifying, wouldn't the clarifying shampoo just remove the oil anyway?
No, I dont usually use both, because deep conditioners/mask do the same thing as conditioners just penetrate more! And so happy to hear you're interested in consultations 🥰
This may be a weird ask, but would you be able to feature people with different hair types and curl/wave types so you can recommend for a wider audience? I know you just have the one head of hair and this has been a one-woman show, but my hair is fine, hi-po and damaged, and my waves are very loose. I love your channel and your hair but my hair needs sometimes differ from yours and I kind of wished for tips that would be more helpful to me. I will continue to watch you experiment on your own hair, but wanted to throw out this thought, since I know a lot of us wavies watch you too. Perhaps a collab with another RUclipsr once in a while? Or if you have a friend or relative with vastly different hair needs? Thanks for your recommendations!
Oooo...One more thing. A question really. Have you tried Bondbar Shampoo and Conitioner? I was given samples from Sally's. They don't have all that icky stuff, they're cruelty free and vegan.
hi! i love your videos , they are truly amazing but i want to ask if u have any idea how to fix heat damaged curls.. i used to have a really thick hair n defined curls but now i have really thin hair and my curls are very loose with no volume.. i tried the Maui moisture curly enhancement shampoo but it caused me SEVERE hairloss😭. i already cut my hair 3 times and none of my curls look the same anymore.. please help😭

I've tried going curly and after i slept on it, it was too much trouble to refresh the curls. There is a lot of great info in this video, but, if you don't even know where to start, it's confusing!
I am going thru a really tuff phase. I am growing out a pixie cut which I blow dried straight daily. I have naturally curly hair. My hair is coming back in as just half curls or no curl all over my head. I feel so ugly.

Would you show putting Trelux primer on refresh day on dry hair.
Congrats on the job leap!
Thank you! 🥰
Would you please do a review of Rezo hair products?
Congratulations!
Thank you! 🥰
The discount code for Treluxe in the video description didn't work, but the one on your website is correct :)
Oh thank you! I just fixed it
Is the triple repair bond from loving proof good for salt and pepper hair? Bc the grey hair is a lot more coarse so would it help. Also how or when to use it? After shampoo and conditioner? I would imagine the conditioner would coat the hair making this hard to penetrate. So confused on whats good for fine 2b/2c curls salt and pepper bc my gair is coarse but doesnt like havey products and tends to break at the ends
I'm so confused about using oils pre shampoo. Some professionals say that it prevents the conditioner from during its job. And if you use it before clarifying, wouldn't the clarifying shampoo just remove the oil anyway?
I love the Bounce Me curl cream!
I would love a consultation.
I have a question
When using a hair mask, do you also use conditioner?
No, I dont usually use both, because deep conditioners/mask do the same thing as conditioners just penetrate more!
And so happy to hear you're interested in consultations 🥰
Can you do a video for thinning wavy hair with volume but no crunch? Struggling with this
Sure! here is one I did a little while back: ruclips.net/video/fdE00-PUfEY/видео.html
Gena, can you repeat what cream you use with the Jessi curl gel? I like the gel but it was drying to my hair

Have you seen the Pacifica Coco Bond products? They look interesting
I haven't!
You have try OLEW curl cream and gel!!
#OlewHair
Oooo...One more thing. A question really. Have you tried Bondbar Shampoo and Conitioner? I was given samples from Sally's. They don't have all that icky stuff, they're cruelty free and vegan.
No, I haven't! I think I received them though, i just need to give them a try!
hi! i love your videos , they are truly amazing but i want to ask if u have any idea how to fix heat damaged curls.. i used to have a really thick hair n defined curls but now i have really thin hair and my curls are very loose with no volume.. i tried the Maui moisture curly enhancement shampoo but it caused me SEVERE hairloss😭. i already cut my hair 3 times and none of my curls look the same anymore.. please help😭
I have shoulder length, mostly grey, sort of curly, curlier in certain areas. How do you determine what type of curly hair you have? I've tried going curly and after i slept on it, it was too much trouble to refresh the curls.
There is a lot of great info in this video, but, if you don't even know where to start, it's confusing!
Check out my videos on this topic! ruclips.net/video/12OLNZKFmLg/видео.html&pp=gAQBiAQB
Have you used or heard of VC (vicious curl) anti gravity styling cream? Thx!
No, I haven't
❤❤❤
The unbreakable bonds did not work for me. Tangled my hair a lot
I would love a consult call. I am 72 and could use some help ❤
I am going thru a really tuff phase. I am growing out a pixie cut which I blow dried straight daily. I have naturally curly hair. My hair is coming back in as just half curls or no curl all over my head. I feel so ugly.
Do you ship in Philippines?
I don’t sell products. The shop page on my blog takes you to the brand’s website to purchase
