He had hail of blades so I assume he had taste of blood, eye ball collector and ultimate hunter since other options don't make much sense but he might have had out of combat move speed increase instead of the ultimate hunter and as for secondary runes he had boots so last one was probably item haste thingy (he had no cookies or concoctions or hexflash so only logical option left is that one imo)
It doesn't seem like he changed anything in the rune page so it was probably pre build Ashe hail of blade runes
