When I go to dinner I get 3 dirty martinis goose. Once I went to a wedding and drank 2 bottles of Tito’s in 2 days and not to mention the amount of vodka tonics (not sure of the vodka) I drank that day. I was out of commission for a week after. So moral of the story.. do not drink too much and I will no longer drink Tito’s bc I couldn’t taste it. It’s very dangerous for a loose cannon like myself. Loved the video
There is something special about Grey Goose. It’s the only vodka and only liquor in general that won’t put me to sleep. All other liquors put me to sleep. Grey Goose is the only one that keeps me awake. It also has great taste, has 0 calories, and have no hangover as long as I don’t mix it with too much sugary mixers.
Is it just me or perhaps I just haven't tasted good vodka but from the few I have tried, they all taste (and smell) like rubbing alcohol to me and I just can't get past that.. In a mixed drink maybe okay. Then I don't notice that harsh taste quite as much.... I have never tried Grey Goose. Maybe a better choice? Thank you for your review!
The swirling motion needs to be applied to each 'smell' otherwise you will stop being able to smell each consecutive odor. If you just smell straight into the glass it will burn the nostrils making each subsequent smell less noticeable.
I've heard people compare Grey Goose to the Costco brand vodka in blind taste tests and surprisingly Costco won. As for me, I only drink vodka with cranberry juice and lime in the summer so my palate isn't that discriminating. An RV person I know buys inexpensive vodka and then runs it several times through one of the over-the-counter Britta filters a few times and SWEARS that it improves the taste significantly. Interesting vlog and thanks for sharing... Cheryl in NM

During these quarantine times I'm going though almost a handle of Titos per week. Its not necessarily that it tastes so much better than other vodkas because I always get a bit of a rubbing alcohol taste but with nearly everything other than Titos the ethanol punches you in the face whereas its on the back end of Titos. Smelling Titos you almost can't even pick up on the ethanol. In college i would put Kirkland vodka(Costco brand) into GG bottles and the girls never had a clue! Titos was always available but everyone would go for the GG bottle except for me and my roommates. The most hilarious thing is that I would offer to make them drinks with it and they would say something like "You can't mix grey goose! Its so good lets just take shots!" lololol Pretty clever marketing for a vodka that doesn't deserve the price tag or the hype.
Tito’s is definitely better with a splash of cranberry juice. However I like Goose with some lime on the rocks. A very nice touch to the woody notes. Great Review as always. Blessings from Gettysburg pa. Keep your glass full 🥃
@@distlledbrewedreviewed I think I had it years ago in Poland, Speaking of alcohol, I was surprised to see how popular American Whiskey is is South East Asia, Specifically Jack Daniels and Wild Turkey
Good review! It would be interesting seeing you do a blind-taste-test on those two? But besides those two - have you ever tried any POTATO-Based Vodkas? like say for example, Monopolowa (Austrian) or even Luksusowa (Polish)? I'm sure you would find them very Interesting. They are usually both around only $13-$15 per 750ml-Fifth(5th), but let me tell you what... Whew! - These Potato Vodkas are the Smoothest, actually very highly Velvety-like in texture, as well as probably the most flavorful Vodkas, I have ever experienced.
Aha! Nice. I myself have tried all of them (I think?) - except for the aforementioned 'Grape' version, which I saw on a shelf at the store today. Hmmm? Maybe someday? but YES, I think there is a good chance that you would really like most any pure Potato Vodka. But in all actuality, I am sort of afraid to say anything online about them because they are usually very modestly priced, and I know once word gets around that they are EXCEPTIONAL - then the PRICE will no doubt Rise as anything in life :-P Blessed Be Brother!!
If you want something to hit you hard and fast go with Grey Goose.. if you want to enjoy the night without bumping into the walls go with Titos's. Tito's = much sweeter, will take longer to kick in. Grey Goose = tastes good and mixes well, probably the champion vodka in my books next to Belvedere, Kettle One and Wyobrowa.
Good one ya if i was going to mix it i would bye the cheap stuff grey goose is better to me keep them coming ..................................................CHEERS
I pay 28$ for a handle of Titos from Costco and Ive never seen it over 30$ at other grocery stores and BevMo/TW&M. Whereas a handle of GG is 48-50$. Lots of stores sell the fifth of Titos for a ridiculous price, and BevMo in particular where I am sells the fifth for 27$ with the 30$ handle right next to it. I guess because its more convenient to store/pour so people buy the smaller bottle. I save the fifths to refill from handles for the above reason.
Thanks for a nice review. I like them both and will certainly drink both when given the opportunity. Peoples tastes are so subjective, that I never push one quality spirit over another, but will remark as to the things I like and dislike about a certain spirit and let others make up their own mind. It was kind of nice seeing you do the same thing. I absolutely agree about mouth feel with vodkas ! Titio's and Grey Goose both have a softer and creamier mouth feel to them, as compared to a couple of my other favorites, Russian Standard and Reyka. Reyka is still fairly new to me and I am still working it out, but I am enjoying it for what it is and what it is not. Just like beer, vodkas are all different. Maybe more subtlety so, but they really are different. I like vodka straight and have learned to appreciate it for, as I stated above, what it is and what it isn't. It would seem you have as well. Best to you my friend !! Thanks again and if you ever get to NH. when this craziness is over, look me up and I'll buy you a couple. -- den
I can't even taste the alcohol, Tito's is dangerously smooth. 🤯
Yes it is

That is an interesting story my friend. Sounds like you really enjoy vodka. Cheers!
Smi564... Vodka is NOT in any way a Martini. A Martini is made with Gin. Tito's is corn liquor, not vodka.
I am a big Titos fan.. use to drink Stoli, but switched a couple years ago.
It is hard to beat for the price.
I usually drink vodka & oj! Great review my friend👍👍!
The great screwdriver, nice and refreshing.
Big like 👍 119 my friend!
Though...when I worked in a nonprofit in Austin, Titos was always down to sponsor events.

It is definitely a mixer.

I wouldn't know the difference between any vodkas but you look like you know what's what! Great review! 😊🥃🥃

That would definitely improve the Vodka my friend to make a nice refreshing beverage.
Grey Goose is a harsh mistress my friend!
It certainly can be my friend, cheers!

Some of those drinks sound refreshing
Vodka drinks are usually refreshing.
Never had Titos before, Grey Goose is everywhere
Grey Goose does have world wide distribution.

Good Review!!!!!!!!!!)))👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😊
Thank you.
Nice video left a like.
Thank you.
I hear Grey Goose and think quality. It puts Smirnoffs to shame. My spelling sucks.
Grey Goose is definitely quality, from start to finish it's top-notch.

I'll have to revisit my vodka playlist to check. I know I have had vodka made from wheat, and grapes as well as corn.

say no to Grey Goose

I used to faithfully drink grey goose, but made the switch to Titos 4 years ago, because its smoother. Grey goose taste harsher and cost more money
Tito’s is a much smoother and less harsh vodka. Not a Grey Goose fan at all!
It's amazing how well made Tito's is.
great info, nice video!
Thank you.
I like Tito's but the gray goose is my best choice 👍
Not a vodka drinker at all. Just didn't understand the no taste thing, what's the point. Great review👍😃
I don't get it either. But some people do drink vodka and I thought I would just call it as I taste it.
Can not say i agree. However i love the review and thank you.
Thank you for being here.
Tito's is corn liquor not vodka

Thank you my friend.
The smell test may be biased as your smell receptors may have adjusted...
That is possible my friend.
Am I a bad Texan for being a grey goose girl?
I always thought GG had an earthiness too. Mmmm.
Not at all my friend.
Wine on a Dime... Tito's is made in Indiana not Texas.
You are way off with the pricing if you think Goose is 3 X's the price of Tito's. A fifth is 19-23 for Tito's and 23-26 for Goose...

Grey goose didn't get me drunk. So I can't recommend it.

Sounds like we're on the same page. I'd be honored to have a drink with you my friend.
Grey Goose is way better than any Tito's.
6:38 - I don't mind. I like the taste of wood.
A lot of people do. That's why so much money is spent on barrel aging.
thanks but I don't like vodka 👍👍
I understand my friend.
Dude it’s more then half the price lol
bro chug it bro!!! WTF
Nobody drinks vodka like that
*burns nose hairs off in glass* yeah this has an alcohol smell
*smells next one* yeah no smell really
Tito’s is gross.
Gaggingly sweet and not vodka, it is corn liquor diluted to 40%
