I look forward to your teachings and I know that I need to re-listen to some and put into application via meditation and daily living. But, for sure they inspire me to do more of that with the authentic guidance of your depth perspective and helpful experiences and examples that you share. Thank you so very much! 🙏🌺
Thank yoy! I dont know what to say. but Thank you. Listening to you in this talk made me understand better the concept of surrender. God knows i have been clinging on to my story!!!I Have a history of shame and lack of money. For a few decades now i travel between feeling bad and poor and also being rich as a human. im even good at finding solutions though money is scarse. Im tired of struggeling and really need to surrender. The whole me needs to surrender... I surrender to everything, surrender for the thought of getting cancer again, surrender to my history with love relationships, surrender to being a mum. I surrender and i will breathe and i will love myself, and i will surrender. Thank you!
I'm touched by your words ... There is such a fine balance between surrender and resilience ... may you find that inner place of clarity that helps you move forward with grace!
This has been such a powerful talk and practice for me. Your wisdom is so well shared and more often than not so timely. Thank you for all the effort you put into your Monday evening explorations, I always look forward to listening to your calm manner.
You're amazing Jonathan. And I'm sure ALL your prayers and dreams are coming true. And to think, all those times I've been at Kripalu (trips from Cape Cod and southern California) and never heard you. And yet, I knew you were the President because I read the brochure. I was there in the beginning - before the incredible expansion and sustainability. I found you because you did an interview with Tara, who I've been listening to for over a year. And now you, almost every day - morning or evening. Your wisdom and guidance are so authentic, so kind, so REAL. This has got to work for EVERYONE who seriously wants to explore mindfulness and follow the path of Awakening. Thank you for all that you and Tara do to make this world a better place. You both certainly enhance my world. Namaste
Beautiful thank you Jonathan really eloquent , its brings rich feelings of Devotion to my departed dzogchen master and brings him here to the present moment my eyes blurry with tears and heart open and tender thank you again from the masters gardener
Ha. So how did I do doing nothing? I sat there, legs crossed, sighed out deeply and just allowed my body to go limp. It felt so nice (it was for a moment so my mind didn’t have time to ruminate / think) And then when you asked, how did you do? I thought. Did I do nothing “right”? Sighed out deeply - allowing my body to go limp, was that nothing, was my thought.
Thank you Jonathan, that's a really deep, challenging talk, which I will need to revisit many times, methinks. On a lighter note, I chuckled when you shared that all those years ago, you were asking yourself "am I doing nothing as well as my peers here?". That sentiment encapsulates one of our many human foibles! I know I would be doing just the same if I were ever in such a scenario. I appreciate your talks, your shared experiences and your ability to open up new possibilities for others. Gill 🙏🤍✨️

A beautiful flow from choiceless choice to the ever present awareness that is beyond choice. This is the “Advanced Course”! Enlightenment or bust!
I’m honored to be stumbling along the pathless path with you. Where do I leave my compass?

Thank you so much for your kind words, Andy. Here's to the mystery of awakening!

It's a bit of a crazy-making inquiry!!!!
