Was diagnosed with 2 large brain tumors a few months ago at age 37. Just had brain surgery to remove my one large brain tumor on my brainstem during covid19 chaos so no visitors allowed at hospital. I am recovering great and still on the right side of the grass! One craniotomy down! One more to go! 💪🧠 this is my rehab therapy work out song. I had to quit my muay thai fighting but I decided to live life how I wanted, feeling alive. I used to listen to this song when I was in 6th grade, fresh out of foster care being the told I’d be in prison or selling drugs by 21. I’m 22 now, engaged, pursing a career in mma and going back to school. This song means more to me now than ever.
I know that feeling. I was diagnosed with adhd and was bad at school. A few years ago I was suicidal and I wasn’t far from committing suicide. Now, I have two jobs with one being a research assistant to a professor of my college. I’m set to graduate with two associate degrees from the same college. I got my transfer acceptance letter to the university that has my degree but I ended up deciding not to go. But I am going to do a two year degree program that I’m currently applying for. Don’t give up. Keep going until you reach your goal but enjoy the journey. That’s the part that’s the most important than reaching the goal
