When I hear the song, especially the part where the lyrics are in Italian, to me, it feels like they both are chanting mantras from different dimensions. The girl is chanting it to wake the beast, while the beast is chanting it to enable him to move to her dimension, and that last note, for me, is kind of just "hang in there", as if the story is not yet ended.
