OMG, I've watching The Flash from a week maybe, and it's just fantastic!
It's totally true that Barry is just adorable, cute, handsome, brave. I am shipping him with everyone, really. With Caitlin, Iris, Linda, Patty and Kara of course. But the last is probably the most weird. Haha.
I have in plans make a video with story of Barry and Iris, but I have to finished watching The Flash, because I still have a few episodes.

Patty is so pure, so kind, so innocent, my heart broke since Joe treat her like shit. Her relationship with Barry broke it more. It Huuuurtsss
Yeah the fact the actor had to leave to go to another show means she was meant to stay longer. Sucks we never got to see how that could have played out.
And I always saw the way Joe treated her as more of the way he would have treated Iris if she had become a cop. He was way too protective and more of a dick about it than he should have been, but it was clear through all that he was caring and someone who wanted the best for her. He also lightened up and started to support her and Barry so that redeemed a bit of it in my eyes.
Atleast that was my takeaway. I still miss Barry and her chemistry.
@@SteveRogers0768Actually, her contract with the new show was going to accommodate her schedule so that she could continue being on the Flash, perhaps for the remainder of the season. But the now disgraced Andrew Kreisberg got angry and had the character written out sooner than expected.

I personally don’t like Barry with Iris, they feel more like brother and sister to me, they just seem too close to be in a relationship. But Barry and Patty had perfect chemistry and they were absolutely adorable.

They were so beautiful together ! Some West-Allen fans will say that Barry didn't really love Patty but to me, he really loved her. He had nightmares bc he was afraid of losing her and he was ready to tell her his true identity to keep her by his side. And she is like him : speaking a lot and very fast when she is embarassed. Yet, some WA fans called her fangirl bc she read all of his files as a forensic scientist

And she was smart enough to figure out Barry is The Flash. I mean, Iris did figure it out, but only because of luck. Barry shocked her as himself and then again as The Flash. Patty figured it out on her own. And they were freaking adorable, I loved her so much! And I'm not bashing West-Allen but I would have liked to see this relationship last even just a little bit longer, and wish that Eddie hadn't died so Iris could still be with him.
I concur with a vigor. Patty is a perfect match for Barry. Sure, he has chemistry with most every girl he runs across, (pun intended, of course), but Patty was the one for him. Not too mention, she's just the sweetest little gumdrop, and when Barry made her cry, I legitimately wanted to slap him upside the head! *Whispering to myself* It's fiction. It's fiction. It's not real. Calm down. Shhhhhhhh.

Barry never deserved Patty. He was never truly devoted to the relationship like she was. When you compare the way Barry acts when it comes to Iris he is much more nice and he actually says sorry to her. Patty deserves better than Barry. At the end when she told him she knew he was the Flash he denied it and when she was clearly mad at him he joked around.

I get that the writers were trying to stay as close to the comics as possible and Iris and Barry end up in the majority of them, but Patty and Barry should have been endgame in the show. I’ve been a MAJOR flash fan since I was really little and I’ve read quite a few of the comics, so while I know that there are some fans that would be angered by Patty and Barry being endgame, there is so much chemistry that can’t be denied. Iris and Barry have always come across as more of brother and sister to me, especially since they grew up in the same house together. Their relationship, especially seeing it in the show, is so weird for me, but it’s happening so I’ve come to accept it.
Patty and Barry will always be who I believe Barry should have ended up with in the show. Even when he dated her in the comics I was wishing they would become endgame (even though I KNEW he’d end up with Iris in the end)
I miss our P. Spivot sm and I wish that she’d come back... even for just one episode because I’d like to see how her character is doing. I wish that Barry and Patty would have at least stayed friends.
Patty was one of the only people that Barry couldn’t admit that he was the Flash too. Some people might take this as him not loving her enough, but I see it as him loving her too much. He loves her in a way that he could never begin to love Iris in. Barry couldn’t admit that he’s the Flash to Patty because he didn’t want to see her hurt or worse. He was protecting her and we got to see that he really wanted to tell her, but he saw the danger should could be in and decided that keeping her at a distance would keep her from the majority of the harm she could be exposed to if she knew Barry was the Flash. We’ve seen time and time again that when someone finds out that Barry is the Flash, they nearly risk everything to either keep him alive or help him keep the city alive. Barry didn’t want that. Barry wanted Patty alive.
Anyway, I kind of got carried away there, but as you can see I ship Patty/Barry way too much.
LOl same i use to be a "barry and iris" type of fan but now im re-watching the flash and im on season 2 which is my favorite because Its amazing and barry is dating patty of course but tbh now i see why barry is meant to be with patty than iris cause i feel like When barry is with patty they just have more chemistry but when his with iris i feel like their relationship is forced. so now i watch the flash everynow and then in my head barry and patty are endgame.
@@Natashaaaliyahlukemirenot to mention iris was so ridiculously toxic and annoying! Always with her “I’m always right even when I’m wrong” or “it’s only ok when I do something wrong not you” attitude. Normally I prefer comic book romances but Barry and patty were definitely worth the exception

Look at those two, Patty was so in love with him, only if he had just told her he was the flash then she would have stayed, and I've seen Barry revealing this secret even to persons that mean him less good than Patty did, she was really and deeply in love with him, and she was a loyal individual, she would have kept the flash's true identity more secured than most of all the persons that came to know who the flash really is, and also Linda and him were a beautiful image, Iris did not worth Barry..
