not a bad drama Jeremy Tsui was brilliant.. big fan of his ..Allen Ren just needs to stop with the romance in the dramas … i’m not a fan of the FL some great acting from the rest of the cast ..but i’m afraid this was not my favorite drama …
The surreal/absurd style is of low quality or deviation from logic and unrealistic emotions are excessive and overly abstract. How can someone sympathize with one who tried to kill her several times or be very comfortable around them or someone who is vengeful and ruthless then suddenly switch to being being playful and soft which is too contradictory and is just an extreme duality. The protagonist character is neither heroic nor a villain at first but in the end he would be made a hero after all. Still watching this but i cant help but be bothered by the surrealism and is it just me that I see no depth in Allen's acting. His delivery is just too flat and the expressions are minor and lacking emotional complexity.

真難看, 棄劇!!!!...女主角是多餘的, 在劇中是來亂的, 浪費時間看這劇
看了半天是架空历史，指挥使官职是明朝，皇宫的大臣的衣着像宋朝，看得一脸蒙逼。晕！不过女主角倒是让人觉得很新鲜，这姑娘会成大美人。
