actually wonderful album what the fuck 😭 that first song is probably in my top 10 now and the rest of the album just as good. and the album art peak. AND this inspired by BTMI and TBLA. good lord i might need to scrobble this. great work on this. i hope you keep on creating cuz this went fucking crazy
As an allistic person who doesn't usually listen to this kind of music, but fellow Patricia Taxxon fan and musician, thank u for putting yourself out like this. You made a banger EP and I hope your music reaches more ppl but especially the people who need it
I really enjoyed this EP! Love the album art too. I really hope it blows up. You deserve it. I can't wholly relate to your experience as I was diagnosed pretty early, but I know it can feel really freeing to understand what is different about you. The "click". I've had moments like that in adulthood even though I've pretty much always known of my diagnosis. Would you be willing to add lyrics in the description, or subtitles? I could only understand snippets (probably due to my own auditory processing issues, don't take it as a critique lol) Edit: the references to Patricia Taxxon are a pleasant surprise! Love her music.
the lyrics are too long to list in the description but they're on bandcamp! ill try to put subtitles in but youtube is being a bit difficult. thanks for listening!
really awesome, i think you could do with maybe adding some sort of filter/distortion to your voice to match the instrumental? this is super cool otherwise
i learned how to fry after writing all the songs and i realized most people making this kind of music have a higher range than me so they can vocal fry everything without sounding gross and then thats where the intensity comes from. people with lower range push back vocals and use slacker rock influence to lean into that so i was like fuuuck
@@over_loadcode checks out, my personal advice is try not to compare urself to others, it will only bring ur own image of ur own music down, just make what u think feels and sounds right, ur doing an amazing job already
