How to cook Great Crawfish with all the fixing!!
Yall know by now that me and Malcom love some CRAWFISH! In this video we show you once of our favorite one pot recipes and just simply have a good time while filming!
    **WHAT YOU NEED**
    -Crawfish
    - 80 quart Pot and burner
    - 5#'s of your favorite dry seafood boil
    - A bunch of lemons
    - Couple of stick of butter
    -24oz of liquid seafood boil
    - 2 bottles of your favorite hot sauce
    - ALL THE FIXINGS
When it comes to crawfish, it is all in how you get the water ready and seasoned. I know it looks like a lot of seasoning is going in the water but the crawfish can take it and this is a fairly large pot. We bring the pot to a boil first before adding all the seasoning. Allow the pot to boil for a 10 minutes and then allow to cool. Bring the pot back to a boil and now your are ready to add the potatoes first.
While the pot is getting happy, we wash the crawfish in a game washer. This works great and does all the work for you. After about 20-30 minutes, the crawfish were clean and ready to boil.
The potatoes took about 10 minutes to get almost tender. Now is the time when we add the crawfish and all of the ingredients. Try and keep the pot boiling and put the lid back on. As soon as I see steam coming from around the lid I set a timer for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes it is time to cool the pot down and let the crawfish and fixing soak. We used the boil boss to cool the pot down quick and keep the crawfish from overcooking. We got the water down to about 140 degrees and allowed everything to soak for 45 minutes. You can adjust the soak time to your liking.
As you can tell these turned out great and we really enjoyed ourselves after the camera was off!
    Thank yall for watching!!
