I think the difference is that in the right one she is keeping her hips isolated, so she isn't moving them. The correct movement would then come from the knee movements

It's easier to see the difference if you dont' look too closely. On the right, the hips are swinging side to side a bit, along with the up/down movement. On the left, the hp movement is more isolated to the hips only, with less tilting of the axis of the body above and below the hips. But the difference in actual movement is tiny, and hard to see if you're looking for it.

Both are right, just different movements. In the left part of the screen, she does the hip movement upward, and in the right part of the screen, she does the hip movement sideways. English is not my native tongue, so I don't know the English name for each movement. But both exist in bellydance and have their own name. Isolation could be better though, if you want to do the movement on the right part correctly. And I know she wasn't aiming for the movement, I know if she was aiming for it, it would be better isolated.
I actually didn’t want to do 2 correct moves, on the incorrect one the mistake is that I straighten my legs completely which is unhealthy and I don’t isolate the movement correctly :)
Correct is just your hips. Not your knees! And some of these teachers are teaching to bend and straighten your knees. I was always taught isolation. Just move the area you're moving, not the rest of the body.
It depends on what exact hip movement you're being taught and what they mean by bend and straighten. Obviously the knees have to move, but are they driving the movement or just along for the ride?
Key thing, if you notice the dancer's belly button stays in the middle and doesn't go all over the place, it means she's got that basic down.
