Good thing about the new rackets from yonex is they are all moving towards grommets flushed with the frame vs the more traditional 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 grommets. How to choose between lining 900c and 99pro bro?Im medium level players which like to smash for back court 😆
Id choose 99 pro!
would choose astrox 99 pro over aeronaut 9000i? and why?
Yes - the overall feeling and handling feels better while having a bit more head heaviness for power - in our opinion!
Hello… seems the 99 Pro shaft compared to 88D Pro is thicker… is it correct?
hmmm not 100% sure tbh!
Will you suggest it for the rear court player ( doubles) especially the 4u version based just on the power ???
Yeah, 4U could be good! If you're generally fast enough in driving, defence and front court, you could use the 3U too but it might be a little slow.
This racket with voltric z force 2.. who is better for control and smash??
99 prro
Thanks for your opinion, Heri! We don't have much experience with the ZF2 so your thoughts are appreciated!
hi can you give review on lining aeronaut 9000. thank you
Trying to get one to do a review on!
How does this racket compare to the z force 2, I've been thinking of changing to the astrox 99 pro, don't know how to two fare against each other?
Thanks a lot for the vid!!
As a former ZF2 lover this is the best feeling racket Yonex had made since the ZF2 if you like the ZF2 but want a bigger head size and a little more flex this thing is amazing I loved it when I tried it
Thanks for your thoughts! We don't have a lot of experience playing with the ZF-2!
is the 99 pro 4u version more powerful than the original astrox 99 4u
Hmm, I'd say similar but different! the pro feels a bit softer in feeling compared to the original, which feels more stiff/hard
I got this raket since came here in new zealand last to weeks, i say for this raket is have different solid feelings than the original one, im using the astrox99 LCw and the sapphire color then got the astrox 88d pro last was soo impressive, then i got this 99pro , its way better the control and the power and the solid feelings, hard to go back to my old one, hehe, churs for the review mate,
You're welcome and glad you like the racket!
hey bro i have 88d pro 4u , what you think better ? astrox88 d pro or 99 pro for doubles ?
@@senopriyono-8957 I preferred astrox99 pro , has the power if u have strong arm and technique, and good control, precise shot , especially high tension, mine 30lbs/bg80 , astrox 88d pro, more smashing power and I don't feel tired smashing in the back court but I felt sluggish at the front court ,. Both good racket tho,
@@senyoung1208 what about the balance point if you compare with old ax99 / 88d pro? cz, I have 99pro cherry sunburst, I feel this racket have lower balance point than my 88D old colour that's make more even balance to me with 99 pro.
@@fuaddhahana9712 may i know you’re using 3u or 4u version ?
please do a review of the doura 10LT plsss.
Will try! But might be hard for us to get it!
Any chance can make a review on Yonex Nanoray Z Speed?
If we can get one to try!
Do you feeling 99 pro vs. Dragon 90 max ?
Probably 99 pro! We think the Tiger 90 max is better than the Dragon!
isn't this kento momota's new racket?
Yep! He uses the white tiger version. And Lee ZJ uses the cherry starburst!
I love Astrox 100zz and 99 pro and I’m planning to buy one but confused btw them. Before I use muscle power 29 (92 gram) which is a heavy one and I’m planning to buy 4u version so help me decide. I’m an aggressive player mostly singles and sometimes doubles.
Been asking this question but no one seem to answer me lol. Have the 100zz 4u but not attacking enough for me given i play doubles more often and i love to smash/attack. Ngl 100zz is really good for singles but i want that raw power while smashing and the good attack. Not sure i should trade my zz or buy a new racket. Contemplating 99 pro or li ning 3d calibar 900c.
Sorry, we missed this one! For aggressive play, I think both the 100zz and 99 pro are good choices! If i was to choose one of the the other though, Id choose the 99 pro!
Both the 99 pro and li ning 3d calibar are good for attacking. If i was to choose, I'd still go with the 99 pro because i feel its a little more versatile.
still prefer old 99 compare to new 99 pro.
new 99 pro feel so light, it don't have the penetration power characteristic of 99.
i think 99 pro more like an upgrade of 88s pro instead
oh interesting! thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Wow !! Is this the latest astrox model in 2021 ?
yeah!!
For control and balanced play more leaning towards double, this or the 100zz assuming both are 4u?
Overall I like the 99 Pro more than the 100zz! So 99 Pro!
@@Volantbadminton How about Astrox 88pro vs Astrox 99 pro which do you prefer?
@@mirrorh0ck540 Depends on you I have 88D but don’t like the 88D pro it feels stiffer and the 99 pro feels way more smooth and more power. I might switch to the 99 pro
How does this feel different compared to the 100zz?
Did you watch our 100zz video?
@@Volantbadminton no wasn't aware you had one
Li ning tectonic 9 or Astrox 99pro???
I would choose Ax99pro out of those!
For overall performance, who is the best?
Yonex astrox 100zz or astrox 99 pro?⬇️⬇️⬇️
Nice review! one question about the test/equipment setup: I dont feel this is a fair comparison between 3u and 4u if you don't use the same strings. both strings used also gives a completely different feel (control vs repulsion). I wonder how some metrics has the same ratings awarded?
Good point, we only have access to what we have access to!
Ah... It was supplied like that. Dont feel negative about my comment
Wheres Henry?
Stuck at home!!!!
Do you think this racket is suitable for doubles play fast attacking, defending fast and cutting the ball fast?
4U could be ok. Probably not the 3U though!
@@Volantbadminton if you think the recommendation is 88 D pro or 99 Pro
What do you recommend string and tension for astrox99 pro?
We enjoy using Nanogy 98 at 28-30lbs :)
@@Volantbadminton thank you for the response volant. I am still confure what racket should I buy. Either this one the astrox99 or the 88d pro.
Where can I buy this?
dear bro.. review lining axforce 80cl
Done! did you see?
Why do u listen to others who silence your opinion on the colour of racquets? I mean they can choose to not take ur advice. Opinions on the internet are cool
Anyways very good review regardless with lots of compliments
Thanks for the support! haha so many mixed feelings about our aesthetics rating!
Bro does it come with strings

Nice!
I don't have experience with this racquet but someone wants me to trade me theirs for my Nanoflare 800 3UG5.
Wait do u live in Melbourne??
Yessir!
Can you donate this racket. I am eagerly looking for one but unable to buy due to financial circumstances.
Would eagerly oblige but we borrow it from the store and have to return it afterwards
Hello, I currently have a 3u version of the racket but after two matches i feel really tired. So should I go for a 4u version or take a 100zz?
I'm tempted to get a 3U version since i love power so how is the racket itself
@@captaincam0730 just go for it and if you find it tiring then go to gym for 1 month and you will see magic happen
@@zeeshancc thank you
What is 3U and 4U?
ruclips.net/video/jvtBB7WC8dk/видео.html
@@Volantbadminton thank you sir👍
3U 4u makes literally no difference it’s only 4grams weight difference you can barely tell, I’ve been using ZF2 3U and no problems in doubles at all. I would actually encourage people to try this 3U, way more control and power and the speed there is zero difference just have decent arms…
Bring back aesthetics rating!!!!
We wont be able to sleep at night from all the hate :')
Why ? Can't you decide for yourself whether you like the look of the racket ? What does it matter if someone else likes the aesthetics or not ????
